At US Supplements, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This policy explains our shipping process so you know what to expect when shopping with us.
Shipping Range
We currently ship to the following regions and countries:
Domestic: United States
International: Canada, and Mexico
Shipping is free to all supported countries. Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.
Our daily cut-off time is 1 PM (GMT-07:00). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Times
United States (US): 4-9 business days
Canada (CA): 4-9 business days
Mexico (MX): 4-9 business days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
(typically 4–12 business days in total).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or weather conditions.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement/refund.
Shipping Process
We ship orders using trusted global courier services. Depending on your destination, your order may be delivered by:

Canada Post (Canada)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
Parcels may, in some cases, be delivered without a signature. Couriers may leave packages in a safe location and provide photographic proof of delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Damaged Items
Missing items: Please report within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or incorrect products: Notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered (including safe-place or photo proof), US Supplements cannot be held responsible for theft or loss.
